New design from Are Kleivan

Øya 2008 will get a brand new design, yet again by courtesy of Are Kleivan. This guy has produced amazing band posters, wicked merchandise, and excellent designs for a long time now, all with a unique style and use of color. Kleivan was i.a. awarded the gold medal in the Visueltkonkurransen 2007 (the Visual Competition 2007) for his design of our web profile. The process surrounding this year’s profile has involved unusually many weird and crazy drafts and sketches that we’ve gotten extremely excited about. Make sure to stay tuned to the further development of our website and ads in the coming months. We have no idea what this man’s preferred poison is, but it must taste good!
